VDP v1.04 version released

With the finalisation of version 1.04 of MOS/VDP, it is highly recommended to update so that the screen resolution changes work as intended.
Additionally, the options you can specify have been expanded. You can specify:
default is 80x25 text -h increase screen to 80x48 text -t set the tandy bit -ht set the tandy bit and increase screen size
