Screenshots on actual hardware
Vezza » Devlog
While I have previously had people test for me on my behalf, I have now been able to test on actual hardware (using emulated floppy drives in this case - noting that access speed is very much in line with a real floppy) on both the MSX2 and PCW256. It's great to be able to see the performance on a real machine rather than an emulator. I'm happy with both of them and how they perform. You can tell when you're still within the available cache, and when it needs to load more of the game from disc/disk.
Many thanks to the good people at theAustralian Computing Museum Society for access to these wonderful (and working!) machines.
